I was at this show. It was one of the last shows of the day on Saturday. People were up in the trees and crowded all around to see the show. It was a great day of music topped off by the great Phil Woods and the awesome Grace Kelly!!

Grace Kelly was playing at Flushing Town Hall and I decided not to go. Stupid me. I didn't know who she was and only found out later. I finally heard her with Phil Woods and she sounded great. I've bee listening ever since.

Un très précieux moment passé à écouter du Jazz Parkerien. Bravo aux excellents musiciens et, surtout, aux deux géniaux saxophonistes !!

Great set! Was just watching Phil with Michel Legrande in 2001 at Montreal. He just kept getting better if that is possible.

Phil was around eighty years old at this time, and had serious lung disease for years. He could barely breath. But he still could play like Gods

I didn't know Michel LeGrand could play but was I wrong. He's a player as well as composer/arranger.

The trumpet player stole the scene. Check out how he rises the drummer and the piano player to a higher standard.

She does a great job, but I got to hand it to the other musicians in her group. I love the way they play the sh*t out of this like it is just another day on the job. Excellent.

you're tripping, bro. how can her ideas in any way shape or form be not sure? it's as good as anyone out there including Phil Woods -- she was standing next to him as she played.

Not as pretty, nor a vocalist, but do you remember Nelson Hill's alto work at Grace's age?
