I feel the Love, do you? Must it be done outdoor in front of big tree and to walk around the tree? Can it be done inside the house indoor no tree? What happen if i feel pain on my thighs hips and hands because of standing too long and raise hands too long? I tried and pain kicks due to chronic illnesses
