Thanks for the video. I love the grass flap but kind of a pain in the butt to install. Probably took me a good 4 hours also after installing things then removing and reinstalling etc. I can't get the cable set right so I'm going to have to call Dave tomorrow, He' helped me with my last one. He's a great guy

I have had my 32 inch Vride for about a month. Once you got your chute blocker did you find it useful? Was it money well spent? $380 is a good chuck of money and I am just curious if it’s a good investment for me at this point. I strictly work residential properties. Thanks for your feedback.

It is unfortunate that the package arrived damaged. The page that was stuck to the tape explained what to do with the angle and how to follow the remaining steps in the installation guide. It would have eliminated the phone call and some time from the install if you would have had it from the start. The lesson I learned from this is to put instructions in face down going forward so if the box gets damaged and the instructions stick to the tape it will be the last page lost not the first. As you found out the no-drill does not work with the 32” mower. We have this listed in the product description but not at the top. I will try to find a way to make it stand out better. The cost for the unit is misrepresented by the $389 shown on the invoice as it includes the cost of the no-drill; the cost without the no-drill is $364. I am sure you were frustrated with the time it took to back track and the need to contact us. In the end it looks like you have the unit working well. I am glad you called to give us the opportunity to help.”

Just bought mine . Instructions where horrible but took me like 1 hr . I guess they updated them

Yea the other Day I watched the video from grass , them installing the grass flap on 32” and it looked different it did not have the curved section on it.

Nice mower, I hated you had to drill them holes to make it fit.

Any tip on what’s best way to bend the metal plate?

Fyi the blades come with paint because they already been sharpen this prevents any handling accidents cut you or damage when hauling . So no need to sharpened them .

I had the same problem. I would have paid more for a step by step video for my vride 52. Took way to long trying to understand directions. Getting ready to buy a 32 or 36. Are you still happy with the advantage deck?

if you are wanting to mulch and have a lot of manicured lawns I would ask Scag if there is a mulch kit for 32" , I used one for years on a 48" tiger cub and tiger cat and loved using. now I would not recommend it if your using that mower to also mow tall crappy grass , yes I watch your other mowing vid , remember your push mower was lighter and sat up on the grass more, were as the Scag is 6-8 hundred pounds and is carrying you to. just trying to give some general info

How much was that mower?

Added one to my 32 scag and was able to buy a special bracket for $35 and no drilling. Still difficult to do. Not sure i would recommend it.
