Not really, the average RPM of an aircraft such as an airliner runs at about 2500 to 4000 RPM which translates to 50 rotations per second more or less

that doesn't mean it'll break your bone, the reason their bones break because they are over confident or a dare devil attitude but it can be avoided (breaking bones) if you do it safely even when you are advanced

The height these guys get off sand is incredible, you should bring them to a "springy gymnastics floor" (I'm sorry I don't know the word in english..) Pick one with very high ceilings though, and ensure the owner has proper insurance on those neon light tubes...

when i was about 10 years younger i loved to flip and do tricks with my capoeira buddies at the beach. no where as good as these guys, but still. Seeing this makes me remember the feeling of being up in the air, floating for a second and the sensation of a good easy landing after a good effortless flip.... there's nothing like it. Today im heavier and older and things dont come nor feel as easy. I just wish i could show my daughter some tricks when she's older... and im older as well :P
