Awesome guy doing awesome things. Interesting to watch for 2 minutes, but more than that & i would get bored from same flips and jumps. Much luck and strength to him!

Arash, I have a question regarding training for jumping / explosive lower body. Do you have any weight lifting background? Or have you developed your jumping ability purely by bodyweight exercises? I see that you are very big on hill sprints and shock training.

Plz tell me tricks of your amazing flips I also want to know your tricks
@InfiniteEchos6 жыл бұрын
Can he spin/twist/rotate in the opposing directions? To watch someone quickly use their momentum through (presumably) their 'floor' work to do that would add a whole amazing new aspect.

I wish I had started at a young age like sage Vito because I'd probably be at his level by now or at least close
@jeefybeef7 жыл бұрын
starting young doesn't mean you'll be good
@ifacecamp7177 жыл бұрын
Yes it does. I'm 16 and not even close to being as good as him. I guarantee he started years and years ago
@jeefybeef7 жыл бұрын
Dude it doesn't matter when you start. It depends on your skill level and how fast you progress. I started at 15 and I dubbed way earlier than guys who started 3 years earlier than me.
@lavalampluva554017 жыл бұрын
I'm guessing his left leg is the dominant.
@petermarion19357 жыл бұрын
No its the right leg thats dominant, the right leg is what you rip with, the left is just there to stand on
@3000letdozhdya6 жыл бұрын
he twists left which which means he uses his right leg to swing and get momentum to do the shit he does
@LAKBOARDBR6 жыл бұрын
he kicks the cork with the right then the right is the dominant

Can someone please tell me how to get into tricking? I've been doing all these tricks on the trampoline but I'm wanting to actually be able to do them on a gym floor and what not. Or at least tell me how you got into tricking?
@matt99918298 жыл бұрын
+Colby Brickwell You must workout and try tricks over and over again on the ground (somtimes its easier than you think) Become flexible, that helps me a lot. :)
@beneverman25928 жыл бұрын
Colby first thing is find a gym in your area. Find some trickers, go to a gathering. Do gymnastics, work on tramp, it all helps. Join the tricking Facebook group, you can get help there.
@ColbyBrickwell8 жыл бұрын
Alright thanks guys. I am on the trampoline almost every day so yeah
@jeefybeef7 жыл бұрын
Always start with basics, tramp always sounds like a great idea, but try practicing a lot more on floor because you'll get over your fear
@robertbenajmin17747 жыл бұрын
When they land on the wet sand it's really funny because of the noise
