Love these travel videos. I like the way you show how the typical locals live. Most Travel TV shows only show the expensive hotels and expensive locations. When you watch your videos it makes you feel like you're really visiting.

It made me smile, seeing you feed the birds, so humble!!

These particular ones you were feeding are the Greater Sulphur Crested and there is a Lesser Sulphur Crested. Due to the yellow crest of feathers. These are the largest of the Sulphur group. Some can have a biting pressure of several hundred pounds.You were very fortunate- a lot people must feed them. ☺

I was wondering if you would venture up here to my home town :). Ocean Rafting Adventures to Whitehaven is my favourite day trip. Interesting to see the place through another persons perspective. Thank for you for showing some of our best features. Those cockatoos are that friendly because they are very used to humans feeding and interacting with them. They can be very destructive to property but I'm glad you got to see their friendly side. Enjoy the rest of your holiday.

Aww I love cockatoos. In my old house when i first moved. This cockatoo came and a fed it and he was so smart that he used to come ever day. His wing had a bit of black so i knew it was the same one

I absolutely love watching these videos! I have lived in Australia all my life (23 years) and still have so much more to see, so to see it through you, is great! Are you traveling the rest of Australia? Northern Territory, Western Australia and South Australia?

Shute Harbor is where my (now) husband asked me to be his girlfriend officially:) That was in 1999. He was working in Arlie Beach and asked me to join him for the week and the rest is history:) I'm so happy for you that you are getting to see some of the most beautiful places we have to offer. I can't believe Micheal had a long sleeve top on!!! Our temps for this time of year are way above normal already, it's going to be a very hot summer here in Qld.
