Here goes my opinion on who truly great people are. It really bothered my thinking about all the "celebrities" and why they became famous, until I thought about this.

It is a nice thought that nobody will care about famous and annoying people in a few years! Anyways, few years late, but this is an amazing way for me to learn. Personally, I’d like it if you even gave explanations of grammar in Russian and then just have subtitles. This monologue was thought provoking, and taught me some useful vocabulary!

The message was good. Could understand almost everything you said but my only problem stems from lack of speaking. I still struggle while forming a sentence, always forget conjunctions and filler words. Would love to listen to more such videos to better understand the sentence structure.

Я не понимаю почему люди сидеть в интернете смотря на Ким Кардашиян вместо того, чтобы делать что-то интересное как изучать русски язык,например:) Нам нужно выключить телевизор и тратить меньше времени в социальных сетях. Они дают неправильную идею о том, что действительно важно. Спасибо за видео!

I learn best from this method! Love the subtitles. Where were you surfing In recent Instagram ? Maybe you could do a slow Russian about surfing, the ocean, waves, beaches, vacations, sharks, and where you have plans to surf in the future (for future tense examples).

Great monologue, great vocabulary to learn☺I would appreciate it if you somehow added cards with the vocabulary used (at least the most difficult items). Thanks again for your intelligible development of the topics you choose☺ have a nice week!

once being famous was a by-product of the great end you attained. for many now being famous is that end. and that's why they say that Paris Hilton is famous for being famous. but getting to be known without possessing any apparent talent is in itself a talent. History has a strange way to judge things. who knows, perhaps those who did the now much appreciated cave paintings might have been considered deadbeats by their peers back then. me, I just ignore celebrities, talented or untalented as they may be. but what counts the most is that you made another great video.

Probably very good, but I cannot understand any of it at that speed. Wish there was the possibility of having Russian sub-titles so I might get more out of it.

Hi Fedor I hope you are doing good , actually I really love such videos , I use your videos for listening practice , but I myself try to listen to them several times a day , first I try to watch them without subtitle and see how much I understand , I usually understand 60-70 % of what you say , and then try to find the meaning of the words that I don't know , then I try to listen again and understand 100 % of what you are saying and I try to write down all new words with examples and also write some parts of your speech , but after long time using of your lessons , I think that I'm able to undersand many things and my listening comprehension is good , but I can't speak as good as I want , and I realized that I usually forget new words that I write down after long time I sometimes write little stories with these words in order not to forget them , but still I haven't forgoton some phrases that you say because sometimes I hear them over and over , but tonight after understanding what you said I tried to pause video and repeat everything you say , I think this way I can improve my pronounciation and also these phrases and words will stick to my mind better , I don't know what else I can do in order to improve my speaking and how can I use such videos perfectly I also use TPRS method for speaking and it's also useful but it's as if I'm in a teaching mode I don't think I can use them when I speak with native speakers , so what's your opinion on this ? best regards

I have a good exercise to improve your speaking, which is called "Speak!". Step 1 - choose a topic Step 2 - start a voice recorder on your phone Step 3 - start speaking without preparation Step 4 - analyze what went well and what didn't Step 5 - figure out what you could've done better Step 6 - repeat the next time when you want to practice speaking. You won't always use your entire vocabulary. Your brain will keep things that you need and throw out everything that's unnecessary, so it's okay to forget.
