Hidden recipe of green banana by village women. I can bet no one ever eat or seen this banana food before.
Village boys collect huge green banana from banana garden. Then women cutting & boiled it using salt only.
Then women mashed it using lots of ingredient & boiled potato.
Then they fry it in hot oil. This part called Banana kopta/chop. Then women cooked curry using banana chop. This food called in Bengali "kolar koptar jhol".
After finish cooking about 350+ village people eat food together. Women serve the food to whole village people.
This food program was arranged & funded by AroundMeBD youtube channel. This is charity food program for village people.

It broke my ❤ when i seen the children drinking water from the bowl. We think we got it bad when we're less fortunate. We take the littlest things for granted! I was homeless for 7 year's and yet that very small clip touched me! Thanks for sharing! 💕🙏

আপনাদের প্রতিটা ভিডিও দেখি, খুব ই ভালো লাগে। বিশেষ করে গ্রামের সবাইকে নিয়ে এক সাথে খাওয়া, গরীব দুঃখীদের পাশে থাকা এসব কাজ আমাকে বিমোহিত করে। দোয়া করি আপনাদের এই কর্মকাণ্ড অব্যহত থাকুক।গ্রামের সবাইকে নিয়ে ভালো থাকুন ।

Dear friends, You peel the green banana, you cut it, as thicker as shape of finger chips, mean in one banana , cut in half , half in four pieces, another half in four pieces. Total eight pieces of raw banana. You cook curry with this raw bananas . you add all spices. It test very yummy . In Mauritius people called it banana curry and marriage food is not complete without banana curry. You try it. Namh shivay.

শুকনো মরিচ জিরা পাঁচ ফোড়ন গোটা গরম মশলা তেল গরম হলে আগে দিন ভালো ভাবে ভাজা হবে সোয়াদ বাড়বে।
