He is always finding ways for everyone to incorporate nutritious ingredients into the foods we love. Jamie is just so positive about cooking, it's very inspiring to me (and hopefully everyone) even in the backdrop of the kitchen you can see herbs, plants, sunlight, this quick video is very full of life.

I know some children who say they hate vegetables but I think it is just the idea of veg, and also parents desperately trying to get them to eat something so the veg disappears. This dish seems like a great way to cook for the whole family (instead of having to make a separate dish for fussy kids). In my family all the kids are raised eating lots of greens and things, even spicy food, from a very young age and it is great to see them growing to love to cook and try new things, myself included. Even among adults I hear "Oh, I hate - blank - but this is lovely." Cook nice food, and the crowds will gather.

I had breakfast about an hour ago & watching this video this made me hungry! 😂 Definitely gonna try this recipe.

This is one of my favourite _simple_ recipes for my vegetarian husband. I use pak choi, spinach, cauliflower and anything I have in. This is a great recipe to have, everyone should know a decent pasta dish to do without thinking.

i have never fancied mac n cheese nor ever ate it n im 33 ...it always looks gloopy n just 1 colour but this definitely floats my boat ..

What a winner! My 2 granddaughters 2 and 4 loved it which is a huge compliment, and they kept asking for more!

So I GRILLED/ROASTED( seasoned) BRUSSEL SPROUTS or FRESH GREEN BEANS and used EITHER of these GREENS in my MAC & CHZ. Ypu may also add/use KALE, SPINACH or even COLLARDS as long as you're GETTING THOSE HEALTHY GREENS❤❤❤

I was a vegetarian for about six months back in 1989. I learned a lot! I am no longer vegan / vegetarian but there are many times when I make meals that don't have any meat? Why? I am parsimonius! My Insta has an eggplant lasagne with a bechamel I made last week. No frying!

Here in Belgium we always add little cubes of cooked ham to our Mac ‘n Cheese, guess it’s our classic way of doing it… But I always add some peas and mix some steamed broccoli through my sauce, my stepson calls it “Green monster Mac ‘n Cheese” and he’s eating loads of veggies without knowing 😍

I was like « nutmeg. please add nutmeg »… looks very good. I’ll add some nutmeg to the sauce. Whenever I do a milk/cream sauce I add nutmeg

When I first saw this video catalogued on your KZfaq channel @Jamie Oliver { when the video was only hours old } i read the title as it being a regular Mac and Chesse dish 🥣 So i resisted watching it. Can't stand the thought { most of the time ⌚} of something unhealthy to eat. *THIS RECIPE IS GREAT* 👏🎊🫕 . Not only can it be changed to be vegan/vegetarian { Hemp based Parmesan is now available for both " V " diets } i can choose any { mixture of } non-dairy milks for this recipe. The ONLY addition I'd make to this is Wasbi { dried } peas after they've been soaked in lemon 🍋 water 💧.
