The Broadkaster is making a comeback in a mighty way! Screaming up to the party, Full'tron Pick-ups, Maple Body and top, and a beautiful Lotus Ivory Finish. Most Gretsch guitars ooooooze!!! Mojo. Even the less expensive ones. Sooooo underrated Rock machines... Love them. Not just for the twang thang!!!! Lol..

Great footage! In my opinion - The Broadkaster JR's are by far one of the best semi-hollow body guitars on the market. Love the Full'tron pickups, very versatile..Prefer the 6659TFM Dark Cherry finish.

I love it!!! One question though..., is it an optical illusion, or is the body slightly smaller than most other (semi) hollow body Gretsches?

Not an optical illusion, the Broadkaster Jr is a smaller bodied semi-hollow guitar. Sounds great in Baxter's hands too! Cheers

Which would you choose: This Gretsch? Or a Gibson ES-335?

I have both and these are waaayyy better in terms of quality than any Gibson or fender that I own.

I think the whole 'Broadkaster' name dispute between Gretsch and Fender is all water under the bridge now, with Gretsch winning the rights because they had that name first with one of their drum kit models way back in the day..Above all else, I think Fender own Gretsch now (??) OR have a sales business agreement/partnership going on. Cheers

Oh, don’t do this! I tried one of these in Round-up Orange last year. It was great but the neck was a little too thick for me. But I think one in this colour scheme would fix the neck (wouldn’t it?). Decisions, decisions.

I love these demos. Wish, even if you weren't going to do the a-typical KZfaq thing where you give us a history lesson or tell us why that particular one you are selling is a "great example" that you could do a few infographics for us lazy folk who don't want to go looking for that info. Just a thought more than a criticism really.
