Mami Tomoe is arguably the hardest character to play in this game, at least once we get into triple-digit laps, though Kyouko is close. (I'm ignoring Moemura here, of course). This is largely due to the high cost per revive: at level 99 that's 26.4% of total Soul Gem, which means you can afford to die about 3 times. For comparison, Sayaka's cost is 10.6% and Madoka's 16.3%.
Nevertheless, Her Greatness is fun to play. At the time I was recording this (in 2012) there wasn't a complete lap 100 playthrough of her on youtube (this is no longer true), so I decided to make one myself. Then I got sidetracked from uploading but, oh well.
In this and the next video I succeeded in completing the stages without taking any damage. However, I did not manage to keep this up up to Walpurgis. Do not be disappointed.

When you say arguably the hardest, I have to agree. If you're at this point in the game where you're fairly confident in your knowledge of enemy placements and spawn points - it's incredibly easy to crowd control with your < or > strong attack and then just wipe whole encounters with Tilo Finale. However, newer players will easily find themselves overwhelemed and unable to manage the INTENSE amount of health Mami loses after using TF if they're hit while unstable. That being said, sweet run. Though I have to admit I wish you'd used Mami's up and strong attack more, makes air control a bit easier. But you obviously know what you're doing.

Thank you! You're right, there are points where I could have used that attack more. But in many situations it just pushes enemies upwards and makes you wait for them to come back, so I grew to dislike it. (The triple side strike does that too, but at least it does more damage.) If you wanted to see better anti-air from me, perhaps you'd enjoy my Moemura run. I was particularly surprised how easy the last big battle right before Walpurgisnacht was.
