Thank you for sharing - I lost my sister 2 months ago and videos like this help as I don't know anyone in person in the same place

You’re welcome and I’m so sorry to hear about your sister. Siblings dying isn’t talked about as much as it should be I don’t think. I will be moving more videos about grief and loss this year. Take care 💕

Thank you so much for this video . Last year on April 22, 2023 my 19 year old sister lost her life in the passenger side , strapped in with a seatbelt.. on her birthday.. the day god blessed us with this bright, red cheeked baby ;was also the day she left was stripped from us . I’ll never be okay . We, will never be okay but i will try these tips to ease the pain

So very sorry to hear that. I don’t think I’ll ever be fully at peace with losing my sister either. All we can really do is to take one day at a time and keep their memories alive. It’s such a tragedy when you lose someone suddenly and I think the shock and sadness of it all takes a long time to ease. I wish you all the best and I hope that some of the tips are helpful 💕
