After Rublev frustration and Dimitrov explosion of happines on a match point I love the way they still can make a good handshake at the end

there are some guys that are even worse than women, take jack sock and zverev for example or verdasco and fognini

@@simpson-qk6yd Well if Sock did that on purpose one day, his opponent should have been really disrespectful

Rublev's attempted racket snap after losing the first set was hilarious 😂. At that moment he realised how strong Stan is to be able to snap a racket over his knee so effortlessly haha

Rublev can be proud that he has elevated his game in the last 9 months. He's capable of pushing the top guys now. Still some way to go on the mental side of things, but his hitting is consistent and potent.
@danielboonelight53446 жыл бұрын
hitting every single shot as hard as possible does not a great tennis game make. he has a long way to go in terms of finesse and variety.
@maharshibhattacharyya16186 жыл бұрын
+Daniel Boonelight yeah he can only hid hard and fast without any variety. He gets someone like Chung, Djokovic or Nadal at the other side of the net he is pretty much done. All they need to do is just keep the ball in play and ultimately Rublev misses out of frustration
@Irfan875 жыл бұрын
@@danielboonelight5344 Goonerville was referring to Rublev's TECHNICAL ability on his shots, not so much his shot selection or shot making. Currently he is top 3 in terms of power, off BOTH wings. He just needs better tactics.

LOVE Rublev ..my FAVE next gen-er .so much power and aggression ..but a temper too he wants to win every match every time and theres nothin wrong with that ..he will come into his own very soon ..

I think your comment is correct. It’s now happening to him 😅❤️❤️.. it’s now 2023 and he’s slowly getting the issues with his aggression and power.

Dimitrov switched to a much more offensive play when it was needed. His serve is still not on point, I think he throws the ball too high. His forehand is a killer tho

It's a good thing Dimitrov is reading these comments!!! I'm sure Grigor will change his ball toss now! Thank you so much BGbacknot!

Why do they insist on letting you know who won the match, by the video thumbnail? Does it not make more sense to put both players in the thumbnail?
@adityavv966 жыл бұрын
Rublev is really short-tempered ! He needs to control that & be a more matured player to win these big games .
@SoloPregunto6 жыл бұрын
He is young. Almost every single player on his early twenties has that attitude. Even Roger.

I think it's maybe because he expects too highly of himself

Did rublev get a warning at all during the match? He hit the ball high but I think it landed in the court. Also didn't he smash his raquet at the end but when they shook hands his raquet looked fine.

Dimitrov needs better footwork. It's already great but he takes too many steps. Watch fed, nadal and the like--they anticipate better and reduce imbalance.
