Fognini seems mentally stronger now, he stayed calm the whole match. That's impressive.

Christine Jackson because of the violation he received at the US open, he can't have anything else bad happen or he faces a major penalty. I think that's making him more mentally tough
@christinej.44046 жыл бұрын
yanolopuedo Really? I didn't know that, I watched only a few matches at the US Open last year. It's good that he's thinking before he acts now, he's a good player.

Just love to watch Fogna strutting around the court, casually delivering incredible winners from the base line... Dai Fabio, sei una bestia!

Overall I've been very impressed by the match highlights. Last few slams were fucking shocking.

Well honestly i don't blame the others for not making highlights like these, that's not their job, it's the tennis fans thing to do.

How good is Fognini in the end? Does he have the goods to go all the way if he just keeps his head together? Haven't watched him that much. My impression is that he's decent in all areas of the game, and I remember that magical US Open win over Nadal.

Thomas brunkle Oh yea! Looking forward to that match very much. Berdych is playing very well atm, and Fognini can beat anyone when he's on
@sperrotta916 жыл бұрын
Yes, boring ass Berdych will probably body him unfortunately. If I know Fognini, he's flattering to deceive yet again.

i wish he advance as far as possible, but let's be serious, he has zero chances to win
@tomasdelcampo26 жыл бұрын
Not zero, he has been up 2-0 in sets against peak Djokovic in the Australian. But it’s highly unlikely he will win
@dorinfabre60706 жыл бұрын
i know that in a great day he can beat every player, but to win A grand slam take 100% every match and he can't deliver that, i was hoping to see him advancing a bit more, but sadly Berdych was too much, still i love Fognini :D
@sperrotta916 жыл бұрын
Fabio Fognini should get a pass for his (often hilarious and endearing) bullshit because, frankly, he's Fabio Fognini. If you have panache and a face sculpted by the gods, you're a-ok... Murray on the other hand...

Funny seeing another frenchy losing to a "worse" player after winning a tougher one. It's like it's rigged because the bet was better against Goffin than Fognini. On the other hand, I'm glad fog won this one. I'm french, but I don't care. Fognini was simply the better player from my PoV. Also him and Dolgopolov have sexy backhands.
