I hope viewers can appreciate the skills and knowledge and passion involved in butchering and preparing all the different kind of meats this man can cook I see these videos and it takes me to my childhood growing up in the mountains with a family of ranchers when my grandfather was still alive and all my uncles like him were great cooks and knew everything about the animals from slaughter to dinner. Great memories so I love these videos only thing my uncles never cooked camels or snakes lol
