When I served in ''Desert Shield and Storm'' (US Army/1990-91) after the war ended, we used to eat camel meat supplied by some arabs people. It was really delicious, even more so to celebrate the close to return home.

I totally enjoyed every bit of this video. Your method of cooking is amazing and the way that you filmed all of this video shows that you are obviously proud of your mastery of cooking but for you to include a look into the finer part of life, mainly your family and the way you let your young daughter help, that my friend is what it's all about. I commend you and I applaud you. I might ask, where are you located? I would certainly like, one day, to meet you. I believe that the easiest friendships that can be had can start out by sharing food! The rest is history!!! Bless you my brother!!!
