Today I wanted to enjoy a tasty steak with a few glasses of scotch. I don't think I'm the only one that would enjoy something like this on a beautiful day. Now that the summer months are here, I will be doing more of my BBQ recipes.
In this recipe I also used hot pepper flakes, potatoes, sweet potatoes, parsnips and Himalayan pink salt. The butter topping had rosemary, thyme, garlic and hot peppers in it.

Man, both my grandpas died when I was young. Seeing him cook and be so fun is so refreshing. I wish my grandpa’s were alive to experience stuff like this. I’m part Italian and I would’ve loved to learned the language and the food. I love to cook for people and this channel has given me a new respect. I love it!

I don't know what is better: the scotch bottle or your brother showing up after smelling the steak. I have cooked many of your dishes. Thanks for the inspiration. My great grandmother was Italian and when asked how much of an ingredient she used her response was always "about that much".

Your English is fine I can understand everything. You have Italian accent which is normal because you came to USA when you was older then 7 years old and you never had private lessons to work on it because you was working hard to supporting yourself and your family. People who make fun of you are just ignorant and most of the time only know one language and you are much better than them because you know two languages. 🤗☝👌👍😘 I love your since of humor you're very positive person and fun to be around. I love watching you cook because it's real food and it's good for us. I was born in Poland and leaving in US for over 30 years and my neighbor is from Italy. I love Italians they're family people and love to cook and eat good food with family and friends the same like Polish people. I love your garden and the fact you love to grow your own vegetables and herbs and make your own tomato sauce and pickle your own vegetables and fruit from the garden and work around the house and fixing everything what needs to be fixed the same like people from Poland 🇵🇱💓🇮🇹🤝👌

My father has 3 trees in his backyard, when we were kids he used to cover them up, first with insulation and then with a tarp. Now he don't cover them up no more. They seem to do fine. Last year we picked over 50 lbs of figs. My mother dries them up and uses them to make the Sicilian Christmas fig cookies.

When are you gonna get a show on the food network. Emeril doesn’t even come close to your cooking. Hope that you at least consider it.
@josephgiustiniani2834
@josephgiustiniani2834 4 жыл бұрын
I like this guy also. But think about this for one moment. The Food Network comes to him, makes him an offer he can't refuse, and is promised a new house, and shows and all the bells and whistles. And there goes the nice lovable guy we seek out and listen to. And learn. My wife, years ago was playing on the internet and found this site. Little crafts and food recipes. And lots of pictures of the meals being done. That site,...…….? THE PIONEER WOMAN... Then came You-Tube. Watched. Nice. Then TV show. WOW..! First few seasons, great. Now....? Staged, scripted, schedules, Who has a ranch with a kitchen like that...? Or a store downtown... ? Fuggataboutit… Pasqual does his meals for the most part, at his house, in his kitchen, using everyday stuff, regular ingredients, and a nice relaxed cooking lesson. You feel like you drove over to his house and just sitting there listening. You lose all that once a film crew, director, make-up artists and film producer show up, and transform the place and him... Leave it alone.

joseph giustiniani 100% agree. Every time someone mentions he should get a show I want to tell them exactly what you said here. I love the authenticity and passion he has. He shares his home with love. You will never ever find this on a scripted show. Ever. God bless him and his family. I enjoy escaping the realities of these days with Pasquale.

I was wondering why he made two slices about an inch or so long on the fat sides. Was that so it would melt away as it was cooking and drain the fat so it would smoke back up into the steak?
