The real sad day will be when all these originals are gone ,, there will be no one to replace them .. Sure there will be young guys coming up to fill their shoes ,, but they won't be the same characters .. These guys experienced life in Italy when times were hard and completely different than today ,, they came to North America in search for a better life.. Bless them all ...

Loved this recipe and the entertainment! I just read that Chicago referred to "Eh, Cumpari!" in the song "Saturday in the Park" with the line..."a man selling ice cream, singing Italian songs, Eh, Cumpari! si vo sunari, can you dig it? yes I can!"... I never knew what that line was until now- funny!

Looks delicious! I need someone like you in my life...love your spirit! I have chicken cutlets and prosciutto in my fridge as I speak. Guess what I’m having for dinner tomorrow night??? May have to use rubbed sage under the prosciutto (don’t have fresh) but it’s happening! And yes, I also have cauliflower and jarred roasted peppers. Thanks for the inspiration and tomorrow’s dinner!!!

Excellent low carb meal. I sure love the whistling-dancing-singing entertainment!!!! You have the moves in the kitchen down pat for sure!!! I will have to plant some sage in my garden so I can make this often. I like how it comes together fairly quick too. My best to you and the camera crew!

Well I made your chicken saltimbocca recipe for dinner tonight. Delicious! Followed exactly except added a squirt of lemon at the end. My husband and I were fighting for the fat, sweet cloves of garlic. I may add a few more next time! Thanks for the lovely dinner.
