Well thanks for making this video. I just went through the upgrade and while I was at it I replaced all my bearings and diff fluids and upgraded to the ProLine PowerStroke shocks.

I've upgraded a stock slash 4x4 almost completely, and, rather than getting the traxxas lcg chassis, I've been trying to find the STRC 4mm Aluminum LCG chassis. I can't find any on ebay, should I just contact them directly and would it perform better than the traxxas lcg chassis?

At 8:43 and 12:52 you say to leave that screw slightly loose or the steering will bind. This is false. You could tighten the snot out of those screws (although you'd strip the plastic) and the steering would be just as loose. The link is not attaching via the screw. The screw simply holds the hollow ball in place. The link is pressed on to the hollow ball and it doesn't care how tight that screw is. Check it out and see for yourself.

Yaa Another DEH vid. Grim is looking nice. I sent you a message btw. I bought my Slash 4x4 platinum it came with LCG chassis. I tried to turn it into a Monster Truck but the higher center gravity chassis gives more ground clearance. Doop. Face Palm. LOL. :)
