His brain injuries are consistent with blows to his temple areas, more pronounced on his left temple. His arm is undeniably cut due to multiple dog bites. And the FBIs experts (both have PhDs in physics related fields) testified that if the laws of physics prove that both his injuries couldn't have come from being hit by a vehicle and the damage to the vehicle wasn't from hitting a person. Boston cops killed another Boston cop, refinished the basement flooring, gave away the dog after it attacked another dog and two people (and have no idea where the dog is apparently) and sold their house. Then changed their numbers, deleted calls and texts, denied verifiable calls, changed their lies multiple times under oath and will likely get away with the murder.

Ring footage camera was deleted that night from the Alberts’ house. Also, Karen Read’s tail light did not look SHATTERED when she went to get O’Keef early in the morning. According to the prosecution, at that time, she had already killed him and the tail light was shattered. Then you have Jen’s search. Then you have the dog that was re-homed. They sole the house after remodeling their basement. The alberts and all the other cops were calling each other all night long while O’keef had died, but they all pretended it was butt dialed. What are the odds they ALL butt dialed that night? Idk man. Whether she did it or not, she cannot be convicted due to those facts that causes reasonable doubt.

Then all they had to do is just listen to his theories and then customize their stories around Proctors theory? The biggest problems for the prosecution are the ones where the evidence disproves their own theory. 1. They firmly stood by their claim that Karen's vehicle taillight struck John. Experts explained how the human body cannot break the polycarbonate on that taillight. Maybe karen hurt john in some other way, who knows, but the prosecution stuck to its claim that karen broke her taillight on John's body. It's not possible. 2. The prosecution stuck to its claim that John was wounded at Fairview at 12:45. Karen's cell phone would have already been gone as she reconnected to John's wifi at 12:36. The prosecution couldnt adjust their timeline because there were people that would have seen Karen strike john before 12:45. Yes, there is ALOT more, but in a court of law facts are what matter and these two items squash the ability to find her guilty.

It's not like they had to come up with some big elaborate plan to frame Karen Read. They knew the snow plow would be coming by once it started snowing, and if they left him out by the curb then they could just blame the plow driver. They weren't originally planning on framing KR, but when she called and showed up at the house looking for JOK in the early AM before the plow driver or some other person could discover his body, they had to change their story on the fly. Karen was in shock and didn't understand how her boyfriend was lying near the street, dead in the snow, when he was perfectly fine a few hours prior when she dropped him off. Obviously she's not going to automatically assume the friggin cops inside 34 Fairview murdered him and left him outside to die, so she's trying to come up with some logical explanation as to why he's lying there near the road, dead. So she asks "did I hit him? Could I have hit him?". Then Jen McCabe's evil ass hears her say that, and decides to run with it.

FYI- There’s a difference between innocent and not guilty. No one is proving her innocence. It’s guilty, not guilty or a hung jury. If they find her not guilty that does not mean she’s innocent! It means the Common Wealth did not prove their case to the jury beyond a reasonable doubt.

That Lexus did not hit John and Lally knows this. The tail light was cracked Jan 29 at 5:07 AM when Karen bumped into John’s Traverse. It was cracked, not yet shattered, as of Jan 29 afternoon in Dighton. It was destroyed by shattering it into dozens of pieces after Proctor had the Lexus brought back to the Canton PD sally port. I can’t understand why the trial went on so long. I had hoped that the prosecution’s job is to find justice (and by “justice” I mean find the guilty person) but it appears to be gaslight the jury and win the case at all costs. The sally port picture shows hardly any lens remaining and it’s on the wraparound right hand side of the tail light. This taillight was only cracked, not decimated, all the way into Jan 29 afternoon. Lally, who is detail oriented, gaslights the jury by not acknowledging the two levels of tail light damage: cracked and missing a piece vs shattered into dozens of pieces AFTER the Lexus comes back to Canton. At 5:08 as the Lexus is leaving Johns driveway (immediately after bumping into the Traverse) to meet up with Jen McCabe and Kerry Roberts, John’s security camera shows the running and brakes lights working with plenty of red light showing and a dark spot on the right tail light. Kerry Roberts testified Day 16, May 22 (KZfaq, Law & Crime @3:15) observing the Lexus tail light at Jen McCabe’s house shortly before John was found the morning ofJan 29: “And I looked and there was a piece missing… but it was caked on with snow… you could tell there was a little black hole…” Dighton Police Sergeant Barros testified Day 22, June 10 (KZfaq, Law & Crime @2:04) about his observations in Dighton of the cracked tail light Jan 29 afternoon shortly before Proctor had the Lexus brought back to Canton: “I saw there was some damage to the right rear tail light… um... to my best ability and recollection that tail light was not completely damaged. It was cracked and a piece was missing, but not completely damaged.”

@@SA-tx2kl On first read I would agree with you. But after seeing the wounds and where they found him it did not happen that way. Impossible to be hit on the arm tossed 30 feet and not have broken bones. If only the arm you will not fly 30 feet either and the arm could be broken and bruised. So that part is a No No. She could have still killed him but not the way the state is saying they BOTCHED that up because the guy that did the reconstruction is a buffoon. I felt sorry for him. So just using what the Jury saw she is 100 percent not guilty. Have to ignore you gut and use logic.

Great overview!!! 👌 Also, the dog had a history of biting/attacking people. And isnt it wild to think that without alcohol none of this would have happened? Alcohol is practically the root of all evil... Or at least it coaxes evil out and unleashes a lot of hell on this planet. An incredible number of terrible and unspeakable things would never happen if so many people weren't drinking. Furthermore, a lot of people are walking around with a slight case of undiagnosed fetal alcohol syndrome which doesn't have the physical markers of full blown FASD but causes severe emotional issues, impulsivity and negatively affects one's capacity to make sound life decisions. Sorry this turned into a rant about the perils of alcohol in our society lol ... 😆 Anyway, this case is the craziest one I've ever seen.

Definitely watch the town Select Board Meeting from last night (Chris Albert is a Selectman) is was insane. The town wanted the police chief gone- she recently hit a 67 year old man with a reflection vest on using a cane while he was in a cross walk and it was covered up for months. Then there is the death of Sandra Birchmore. She was a pregnant 23 year old that supposedly killed herself, but after a reexamination it looks like she was murdered by a cop in the neighboring town that had sexually abused her from age 15, and passed her around to other cops. She lived in Canton and a lot of the same cops are involved- including Kevin Albert. There is also a group of McCabes and Alberts- including Colin and town selectman Chris Albert that harrased an assaulted a blogger known as Turtleboy and his girlfriend Sunday night on camera on the street. Two people have charges over this. This incident showed me who these people are in public, which leads me to believe in private and very drunk they are quite dangerous.

idk if she did it or not. But the prosecution did not prove beyond reasonable doubt. I think Karen's story is odd. I think all the evidence the investigators have is odd. If I had to guess what happened, there was a lot of drinking going on and an argument ensued. John gets knocked out, left in the cold, isn't checked on by anyone at the party, possibly assuming his wife will be there to pick him up. Evidence gets set up so an officer, and possibly the people at the party aren't charged with voluntary manslaughter. If I was on the jury, I would immediately say not guilty based off the ring video "coincidentally" not working during the most critical time. Just like with the Epstein death situation for example, and how the prison cameras weren't working when he "committed" suey. It opens the path for reasonable doubt. In a world of surveillance. I don't trust any camera just coincidentally not working during the times of a crime, and then suddenly working again a few hours or half hour later. Bizarre case.

There is NO bruising to suggest he was even hit by a car. If his head was impacted by the taillight he was immediately knocked out and wouldn’t have been knocked out of his shoe, he would have had damage to his spine/neck bones (which were not injured) AND he wouldn’t have ended up 20-30’ up in the yard with his phone under him! AND it doesn’t explain the marks on his arm the experts hired by the feds said as much!

I have been going back and forth on her guilt. But not the guilt that the commonwealth needs to prove. One day I think she didn’t him, the next day I suspect she hit him or backed up to scare him and he fell and hit his head on the road and tried to walk/crawl to the house, but collapsed. I think they got into a fight in the car before he got out. She was drunk. So was he. Highly intoxicated, actually. It seems the jury is struggling with a verdict bc if they thought she was innocent and she was framed-they wouldn’t be going into day three of deliberations. Unfortunately for Karen, I don’t think she’s walking out a free woman. I’m open to both possibilities of what happened. I’m even open to John slipping on the road before he even got to the house. One thing is for sure: don’t drink and drive. If Karen hadn’t done this, she would at least be in a position to testify in court what happened bc she would have been sober and intact memory. And possibly: be careful the company you keep. She hung out with a group of cops that had a history of shady conduct. It’s just not good all around.

....except the independent accident reconstruction experts both determined that JOK's injuries couldn't have been caused by an SUV backing into his arm at 24 mph, and the damage to KR's taillight couldn't have been caused by her backing into JOK's arm at 24 mph. Multiple medical experts determined that the injuries to JOK's arm were from dog bites and scratches, not from a taillight. So no, it actually isn't reasonable to think she might have hit him.
