Grishko pointe shoe review: smart pointe, triumph, dream pointe and 2007

Hello dancers!
Heres my take on the Grishko Smart pointes! as you have all requested, this also includes a review on Grishko dream pointe, grishko 2007’s and grishko super triumph!
Of course these are just ideas of the shoe based on my foot shape. You will still need to try the shoes if you want to get a feel of them. Remember that your foot shape changes almost every 6 months when you are younger! So you will have to try a lot of different shoes to get to your favourite pair.

I got triumphs as my 23rd pair today! I have very similar feet to you except archier🤗 I think I really like them, even more than the novas ❣️

I'm a bit late 😂 but I have Triumphs as my 2nd pair and I really like them and I think they're better than my 1st pair, which were Grishko 2007s

Which widths do you use for your dream pointe?

Thank you, I have similar feet and just got the Smart pointe so I was curious about the difference. On the fitting they felt best but I haven't danced on them yet so I'm nervous. As I said, pretty similar feet, and I've been on 2007 so far. Always felt the fit wasn't the best for me, but I got used to them and the type of glue and breaking in, so a bit nervous about the new kind even though they felt more comfortable and easier to stand on from the start.... Guess we'll see in time

Hello I am stuck between deciding to get the soft or the medium shank for smart pointe and super triumph pre arch? What shank are you wearing in this video?

Christy Yip im using a medium shank in the video and super triumph yes have a pre arch and the soft top glue according to the maker! But i think i would love to try the soft as the medium shank is quite hard also!

shippermd based on my observation I think triumphs are the nicest for our kind of feet! But you could try the others for more reference!

I got a medium flexible shank Dream Pointe and it’s already getting softer with just a few classes and I feel I’m losing support, but the box is still too hard for me and it’s difficult to roll on demi ( maybe the vamp is too high? ) Do you recommend going for a Hard flexible shank instead?

Hmmm. Im not really sure, Each shoe is different, if its difficult to roll on demi maybe you can try getting used to them first but if its still not working then I guess you will have to ask someone who is there to help you look at what you need ;(

I got them in HF I thought I was wrong because it's plastics so I thought it will not get softer. But do it get softer though?
