I've got super flexible and compressible feet and I got fitted in Triumph. My feet are tapered but mostly the last 2 toes. I had the 2007's in XX and you're right, I'm a width down in the triumphs. The booklet says the triumphs are good for archy feet, and i agree, the 2007's pushed me over too far. I'm not 100% sure why I'm not going over too far in the triumphs but i think it's the higher vamp and the deeper and rounder throat of the box. I tried about 20 shoes and it took an hour to fit because my feet shrink and shrink and shrink as they warm up 😂 I got home and they didn't fit anymore because my feet were cold. But that shouldn't be an issue since I wear them after an hour of class. I'm really happy to have grishko's again because i love the way they balance and support. It's just that my 2007's had me sink down and bruise my toenail 😑 I did notice they feel almost ready to wear in a hard shank. I hope they last me a bit, otherwise I might see if I can try the super triumph. The longer wings would be great for me too!

I am considering trying super triumph because I feel very good about my standard triumph. This video comes in perfect time! Thank you! Do the two models have same fitting? If so I can have enough confidence to order online without going into store to try.

Amy Wang due to the padding already inside the super triumph I'd recommend going insotre to try a bigger size and once you've got your size you xan order online which is what I do

Hi! Can you do a review on the Nova and Nova Flex? After the Triumphs, they offer the broadest Grishko platform, and they work much better for low profile feet.

Hi, love your videos, very informative! Would you mind doing a review on the Grishko Elite model? They are my first pointe shoes and I struggle to find much information online about them. Would be really helpful to hear your thoughts :)

I love my classic Triumphs, they’re like a part of my foot, but I have to cut down the vamp as well. I don’t mind it since I’m just in class, but will the pre-arched super Triumph fit the same and roll through as easily? Also do they all have cotton drawstrings?

How about the shank on the Triumph? is it also made from thermoplastic or are they from natural material?

Hi it’s natural - I made a recent video about Fouette last where I go into great detail about all models built on Fouette including triumph standard :)

@@StraighttothepointeNet Thank you for your quick reply. I just got re-fitted yesterday and got into a triumph with hard shank. I was thinking in case it was a mistake since I was in 2007 medium shank. but after your video explaining the shank on the triumph is a bit soft, I felt a bit more confident. :)

@@AyaaAcademia Hi, i know you made this comment a while ago, but did you get the triumphs half a size less than the one you were using with the 2007, and a width less too? I think the triumphs are for me, but I'm not sure if I should order them half a size less like she said, and coincidentally I'm currently using 2007 just like you :)

@@nataliadelgado8792 hey there! yeah my triumph is actually 4.5 XX while if i wear 2007, i need to wear 5 XX. i have disappearing heel so i find that going half a size down fits me well.
