Join me as I take you through the latest two-week grocery haul for my family of 13 - including a look at my comprehensive meal plan! We're well into the new year now, so it's time to get organised and keep the kitchen stocked with mostly nutritious (yet still delicious!) foods. From breakfast, through to dinner, and all snacks in-between, I have created a meal plan to keep the whole family happy for the two weeks ahead. I'll show you through the groceries, and at the end, there is a comprehensive meal plan that you can pause to copy out any areas that you may want to add to your meal plan for the week, fortnight, or month ahead! You'll see how I manage to feed my large family on a realistic budget, while providing nourishing meals. So, kick back, and get ready to be inspired!
Cost Breakdown:
Woolworths total cost (inc. 10% member discount): $939 AU ($613 US)
Coles total cost: $276 AU ($180 US)
Total for two weeks, 13 people: $1,215 AU ($793 US)
I tend to go back for a fill-in shop after about nine days, for extra milk and fruit, etc., and spend between $100-$200 AU ($65-$130 US) extra.
That's a total of around $54 AU (or $35 US) dollars per person, per week, including all meals, snacks, household, and toiletry items. Given we eat really really well, that's not too bad!
On my channel I share original recipes, big batch cooking, and grocery hauls to help you get creative and feed your tribe.
