You have a good skill at taken people through your lecture, the cause and why things happen the way it does in a circuit. Keep up the good work Mr. Thank you.

I think 3rd case was wrong only m1. Is on m2 is off bcz vgs less than vt in pmos vgs is 0.9 but vt is 0.6 m2 is off condition

please explain mos operating regions again with Vds > vgs-vth perspective. I think in case 1, 2 one Transistor is off and other is saturated, in case 3 both are in linear region. Please clarify.

Ok will add a video on only transistor regions of operation during transition in a inverter

Inductor does not accept the sudden change in current. Where that current goes?
@analoglayoutdesign23424 жыл бұрын
Inductor opposes the change. Current will still flow thru the conductor.. it opposes the change by inducing a big voltage...Ldi/dt

Why the voltage is plus 60mv instead of -60mv in ground bounce sir
@analoglayoutdesign23424 жыл бұрын
from supply it will subtract..ie .6Omv below[-6Omv] and ..from ground, it will be above..ie. +6OmV

@@analoglayoutdesign2342 thanks for the quick reply sir

@@analoglayoutdesign2342 Sir the current is flowing from vdd to gnd due to transition vdd/2, hence we are getting ground bounce due to parasitic inductor which opposes the current flow, what about the supply bounce sir...same reason or any variations are there...
