King of Squats Im starting today with this video. I lost at least 4 lbs by changing my diet. I drink more water. Now im incorporating your workouts. I'll keep everyone posted. Tysm for not judging me. ❤ Also im so appreciative of not having to purchase equipment. Just my weight.

How many times do you do it a week to see results and how many months before you did?

@@diwi5823 start out slow. Once a week and work your way up to 3 times. Definitely go at your own pace. It is hard on your knees if you’re not used to moving like that. You don’t want to injure yourself. You need rest in between days to let your muscles rest and grow. Also you need to eat well - high protein and healthy fats. Good luck.

@diwi5823 I appreciate your response. I was thinking the same way. But, looking forward to asking this question. This is what I have been doing. I started June 4th, 1x/day at my own pace. Now, I'm giving it the best of my best!!! And, I am seeing results NOW. My husband commented on how good my "glorious glutes" & Legs looks - just yesterday! This workout is insanely instantly effective!!!

I have never felt so much pain in my legs with other exercises as with this one. In just five minutes I started to feel my legs burning. This is excellent! With 20 minutes a day you can stay in shape! I loved it!❤

@@KCBanfilaBianca yes I’m on day 2 and I’m doing my day 3 tomorrow. The first day was not easy for me and I only went half way through it. But the second day was alot easier than the first. I’ll be skipping days because of my operation and I’m anemic. I put my schedule on a days per week workout

I think king of squats is just naturally build like that. The exercise might tone it but not necessarily build those glutes like that

Why can’t you do it consistently and figure that out! Building glutes is determinant on your body frame as well. What are you working with in the first place?

I’m going to try this for 3 weeks… I really hope that his butt is real & not from surgery, I’m tired of following those that took short cuts & pass it off as home grown. But I guess it couldn’t hurt to do it regardless… I wonder if he has one for the core???

At first day my back was in pain and my knees too, I didn't know when to stop but I tried I kept on doing this workout until I realised my butt was hurting like nobody's business thank you anyways I really enjoy this workout and I've been developing some results thank you king of squats❤

It's like 80's basic aerobic moves with those deep squat moves. I am hooked on squats and I do 1000 every other day to define my legs.

Ok, His Glutes are looking good, dont know if he was born with them. Most Africans have glutes. I'm going to see if this workout is real. I see alot of people who have big glutes already in his videos. My butt is pretty flat so I will test this out for 30 days. I will keep you all posted.

I had a butt like him in my 20s when I walked steeps hills daily, so just go walk some hills. Squats mostly build thigh and get butt to stick out. HGH increase IS NEEDED and maca root and suppliments is needed once someone is like 40 years old, period.

There’s many ways to do certain things. Whichever works for you. Just don’t discourage others. If I were to compare your statement to him. He’s 39 and still looks like this. Your results lasted only in your twenties.

Who else will be doing a 30 day challenge on this with me. Join me as I bring here my everyday fit back. Am here to keep fit and build strength cuz i hate tiring and weak legs.I would love to climb 100 stairs and mountains without my legs falling apart. Also,the glute muscles which are link to the inner stomach muscles and the back muscles are ,i would love to say the best muscles to build for strength and general physical wellbeing.

So my day is 1( 21/06/24 ) Done,.My tights,knees and stomach muscles are dying but that's ok they need to die in order to resurrect 😂.I rested a few times too cuz I don't have the strength I need yet to take me all through But that's ok.Its called the joy of being a beginner😂
