I used T-posts to trellis up my Zucchini plants the last 2 years, & I'll be doing again. I think I'll add some in larger containers this year too. Maybe 10 or 17 gallons with those green bamboo sticks. You have a really good channel, thanks sharing that knowledge 👍. I watch a lot of garden, farming and homesteading channels. Your channel is one of those I watch for the shared knowledge and information. A lot of the other channels are just for entertainment purposes lol.

One day I might Garden back outside. For now I'm happy with my indoor vertical hydroponic Gardyn. My plants love CalMag. I now have two female zucchini 🎉 I learn so much from your videos. So glad I subscribed. 😊

Can hardly wait for zucchini on the grill. Been so busy here and time is flying. 88 degrees expected tomorow. Maybe rain on Thursday. Be blessed with a bountiful season GreenT. Praying for the weather we need for our gardens.

Subscribed! Thank you for keeping it simple. I am a newbie. First year growing squash and nervous about it too. In a matter of two weeks the leaves are huge! I looked today and I see a bud. I want to pass out. I have not set up the vertical support yet.

Your plants are so healthy GreenT. We haven't planted our zucchine seeds yet. Planting near garlic hoping it deters the bad guys. Good news is a dragonfly landed on a bucket on our patio today and yellow butterflies flying around garden area. We have two Azaleas and lots of early flowering plants near our garden. Only had to buy a few and devided clumps every few years. Bad news 2 Asian red beetle on Easter Lilies that we did not even plant. 450 eggs in one season. They've outlived their welcome.

I have squash lady beetles chewing up my leaves. Also, my yellow squash in 5 gallon bucket have leaves turning yellow. I added worm castings which did not help. Guess I'll try some bone meal.

Try adding a water soluble fertilizer like Alaskan fish fertilizer, 100% organic, that should help with the yellowing leaves.

Sorry to hear that.. Try neem oil spray it helps a bit ... One meal is pretty good

Do you still get squash bugs? They have ruined my zucchini and cucumber gardening.

I wrap aluminum foil around the bottom of the main stem..... Seems to keep squash bugs limited.

Unfortunately yes I still Get all of them but I'm able to see them much faster and remove them to see if my plant... Try using neem oil or soap and water. Spray it underneath your leaves in the evening time
