I am an expert biolcultivator. the real benefit of seaweed is that it contains supreme growth hormone used to repair quickly damage in the hostile marine environment for survival the benefits of which are transferred to the plants the extract diluted is applied to I like foliar but spiking it with the humic acid and other things such as some molasses, I mean it completely depends on objective but in your case with grass cultivation spiking that combo with a nitrogen additive would also be very good and more or less required IF growth is required and it isnt a dormancy scenario...GPS products are Fire BTW I love this brand been using the nondescript yet perfect product company for a long time Highly recommended Great video Thanks

You sure know what you're talking about. Thank you for commenting with some actual science and knowledge behind what you're saying. I had no idea how beneficial seaweed is to plant health. Thanks again for the in depth comment!

Found the GS Plant Foods products this year and am using the Green Envy, Soil Soft, and Kelp/Yucca Wet. The lawn is looking great. I spray once a month with an Ortho hose end sprayer. Hoping it will get me through the summer heat.

I used to use the ortho hose end sprayer but I felt that it was always messing up and I constantly had to mess with it to make it spray right. How do you like the soil soft? I haven't tried that one yet

@@TheMoreYouMOW It's hard to tell right now but my yard has really bounced back from last year's heat and is looking good. It has been warm here in central Texas the last few days and I only have a couple of very small hot spots. Last year I had hot spots all over the front yard once it got into the 90s but this year it's looking good since I'm only seeing the 2 spots. In the fall, I may use my photos to create a video showing the progression through the summer. The last time I sprayed I use an old fertilizer hose end sprayer with 8 oz of Green Envy, 8 oz of Kelp+Yucca, and 16 of of Soil Soft and it was easier to use than the Ortho so I may continue with that arrangement.

@@TheMoreYouMOW I have only posted a few videos (old videos) - vacation stuff, nieces' cheerleading, and a couple of work related videos. I'll try and let you know if I create a lawn video and post it. Otherwise, if you want to see what I've posted, search for "sepins r" and I think they'll pop up.

I use GS PlantFoods and they are affordable but the ingredients can be suspect if these are a true organic. Root-Ruckus + Fish/Kelp is a great combination as my garden yield was crazy with one application in addition to typical fertilizer. The inoculatants refer to bacteria and fungi around the roots, it increases the growth of most plants using organics.

Great info. You learn something new every day! I had no idea what they meant when they were talking about fungi in the ingredients

basically fungi, which colonize the entire hydrated sub soil interface, cannot make their own sugars, but they can create an internet called "mycelia" plural that can extend very far without breaking connection and use this mycelial "network" to transfer water, minerals, whatever the plant needs, communicated in the root zone through various processes involving symbiotic bacteria as well, to trade sugars produced by the plant's photosynthesis, in exchange for anything the plant needs and the fungal mycelial network has access to, which is always everything unless drought conditions or poor soil or too many fungicides used. effectively using mycorrhizal is the secret to unlimited growth and rapid growth. keep in mind this does not specifically need to be inoculated in an outdoor environment microbiology is present. I like to inoc tho anyways@@TheMoreYouMOW

How is your Ryobi sprayer holding up? I have a handheld 2 gallon sprayer that's 5 years old and I'm thinking I need to replace it. I use other Ryobi products so I have plenty of batteries.
@TheMoreYouMOW
@TheMoreYouMOW 2 ай бұрын
If you already have batteries I would say go for it. For the price it’s a good sprayer with very few cons. Sometimes you’ll catch yourself shifting from side to side to get the last little bit of product out of the tank, but I think a lot of backpack sprayers have that problem. It’s been holding up well and I haven’t had any malfunctions as of yet
