Just picked mine up yesterday. FDE version. Actually, it feels more weighty and substantial when you get your hands on it. Atleast thats the feeling I got after hearing so many people talk about it being polimer and really light. It is light, no doubt, but just not as bad as I thought it may be. Awesome lookig little gun, but I really think the FDE makes it look really sharp with it being basically half black also. Haven't shot it yet, but I can't wait. Hopefully, this week sometime. Love mine and is such a blast to shoot! Haven’t been able to find any extra mags for it though. Haven’t had many issues with it. Once in awhile I’ll get a Fail to feed, might be cheap ammo or user error like you experienced. Don’t believe it to be the gun itself. Take down can be a P.I.T.A. Now I want to go out the range with it!!!

Liked mine so much bought the wife one.They both run nicely I've put about 700 rounds through mine .Zero feed issues cci high velocity 😂

Correct on the rear rail. Its for a sling mount or a cheek pad. Dealers choice!

Can this gun be dry fired I know that it’s not ideal with most rim fired weapons but just generally want to know by someone with some more experience than me. As I am relatively new to

The gun is fun but weakly built after about 1000 rds you will need to modify the BCG or it you will have lite primer strikes every other shot, the secondary safety will need removed and the BCG will need ground down to stop this issue.

I use Remington high velocity gold bucket of bullets and no issues

I've had horrible luck with aguila in all of my .22lrs, my gsg is still in the mail but i use cci for everything else

That dog, American fox hound? This gun feels very natural for me as woman shooter, he's correct load extra mags ,so you don't get frustrated.

barrel is not threaded so not easily. You could do a form 1 SBR stamp and cut the barrel off and have it threaded though

Not ideal with limited stopping power. But I wouldn't want to get shot even with a 22

Look into Federal Punch or CCI uppercut .22LR self defense ammo. These protect my house, with my original GSG5 (pre-ban) no risk of over penetration with a .22
