The watch can do ALL of that. But it cannot give you a display that you can read without contorting your arm toward the sunlight until you sprain a joint. I hate this watch.

It was the only think he forgot to mention. I found a guide that showed me how. press light and mode button, let cycle then hold light for 5 secs and auto light turns on.

@@onyxrain5367 I do this but there's no result :( I bought this watch because I thought it had Autolight.

@@mohynasiri656 This guide got me a lot more familiar with my watch but I also have not got the auto light setting to work and the light that activates when pressing the button provides extremely poor lighting. It is a little bit of a shame since I am a firefighter and at night while with patients I sometimes like to check a manual pulse rate and its hard to see anything on the watch :/

@@onyxrain5367 These models of G-Shocks (with Analog hands) are not suitable for the night. Square models (5600, 5610 series) are the best at night.
