Great video but as someone who just went down a few months ago and was wearing a leather jacket with armour and proper gloves, I can tell you that I walked away without a scratch. Something to consider. Especially since there are sure to be younger more impressionable riders watching this.

@Abner The basset I beg to differ . we had a rider in our group crash at 160 recorded on his gps speedo and all he had was a broken arm from tumbling . no road rash or concussion . just take into account wearing some gear . can help you live longer so you don't have to see God before you come to know him on earth :)

I always use to preach gear to riders I gave up though. Kinda like telling people to wear searbelts or a condom during sex. People gonna do what they do I've watched enough crash videos to see the aftermath and fudge that. Everyone thinks it will never happen to them. I personally feel naked if I don't ride with gear.

first few runs were in 1st gear with a 2 down rear sprocket which is why it pulled out quick but slowed down up top, last run was 60mph in 2nd gear which was complete ass with the 2 down rear. switching back to 42 tooth tho...

Also, the bike does tend to lift at the front end without an extension or extended swingarm. It's a big boy and scares the shit out of me whe it happens.

Depends, a lot of bikes can keep up with the first gen ZX14r. After 2012... the color scheme on both bikes gave hints as to which gen I'm looking at. Unless they're after market fairings made to look like 2nd gen -- kind of like what Honda dudes did with their SI civics and the red H to make them look like type Rs. The 2nd gen is much faster.
