In my day we did this with text guides that were seriously like "um go across the alley down from #37 and up stairs to a space behind a gray wall" and fuzzy handmade image files with numbered dots in the general vicinity of most packages. And we did the same for GTA III and San Andreas. So take it from me, video is the best way to go about getting these, the old FAQs really expected you to get them all in one go and interpret a lot. Thanks for this.

To anyone going for this, start on number 87! Confirm it is there and not glitched. I had to restart from zero. Went from 87 to 100 then 1 to 86 just to know I would have the glitched one.

Number 97 was glitched for me and didn’t show up. Had to get busted/wasted and revisited the spot. This made it show up

Guys,be careful at nº17,there are literally two park areas one next to the other and it can confuse you.

For 89 u don't need a helicopter if u get a running start on the ramp and time ur jump u can get up there without the helicopter

#87 and #88 didn't show up for me. It's a bug they still didn't fix with the recent update. I ended up reloading an auto save and #88 showed up but not #87.

Good guide. But i cant believe they butchered this game with so called remaster. The original is better and that is what im playing and have been for 20 years. On a satin silver Playstation 2 console iv got the original uncensored ps2 black label cut. Complete with original uncensored content and all music with real names for weapons ect. Anyone dont believe that then look it up or ask Rockstar i don't care. I play this the best way on a PS2 forever. Been for two decades im surely not stopping now ha ha nope god himself couldn't make me. As for the packages iv got almost all locations memorized.
