Started By Gaurav Taneja. Gaurav is a International Certified Nutritionist and a Personal Trainer and a National level professional Bodybuilder. He has written many articles/blogs over a period of time which has been appreciated for its content and TRUTH.
Gaurav is a graduate from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology,Kharagpur. Graduated in 2008, he has been closely involved with Health and Fitness since 2002.
Gaurav is also a Professional Pilot. He is a Captain with one of the major airlines in India.

Bhai is back... Yr ye he videos dekh kr bhai hamne apko pasand krna shuru kiya tha.. Or aap kaha se kaha pahuch gaye to bhai aap se request yr fitness wale video bhe regular banaya karo bhai... Inhi videos se janta ne apse pyar krna start kiya tha..baki cheeje apni jagah hai pr u r best in ur fitness knowledge... Or isse pahle wala video bhe mast tha varna logo ne or videos dekh dekh kar BCAA ko electrol se replace kr he deya tha

We can classify that push movements mai static mai load nhi hota aur pull movements mai hota hai. The reason is ki push movements mai jo anchor joints hote hai (like arms in bench press) voh straight hote hai respectively toh voh weight ko counter balance kar dete hai. At the same time, pull movements mai vhi joints bent hote hai toh voh weight ko counter balance karne ke liye primary muscles ko engage hona padta hai, which puts load on the muscles even in a static position.

Loved this video sir🥰 Just wanted some advice ki more sets or heavy-weight if more sets then how many I have been going to the gym for the last 3 months and I only do like 3 sets per exercise ( around 10-12reps per set) Just wanted to know your opinion 😁
