Future villains become an easy mode as Ultron keeps innovating himself and his allies to even surpass Thanos and probably Ego, with Thanos and his army getting overwhelmed by Ultron and his sentries in Wakanda. Vision!Jarvis would never exist since Ultron would be using the body unless he creates one for Jarvis as well, albeit without the mind stone. The only problem at this point is that maybe the Sokovia accords would focus on Ross trying to get Ultron or someone creating something akin to the Zola virus. If he overcomes all that and with no more threats like Thanos, space exploration on Earth would be way more advanced overtime. Good!Ultron is now spreading peace in the galaxy until he encounters Galactus, Knull or any other Celestials. But I'm sure he could handle it since What If...? Ultron killed everyone in his universe. Majority of the Avengers are retired with Tony occasionally calling Steve to brag his success for how wrong he is.
