Guardians of the North is a documentary television series that follows wildland firefighters in Saskatchewan’s Indigenous and northern communities. The team sees themselves as Guardians, not just of human life, personal property, and natural resources, but also of traditional communities, hunting grounds, and a way of life.

I MISS BEING A FIREFIGHTER. I STILL HELP FIGHT FIRES. I HAVE A HIGH PRESSURE PUMP ON MY ATV AND 200 FEET OF 1 1/2 HOSES. I HOPE EVERYONE OUT THERE IS GOING TO GET INVOLVED IN FIREFIGHTER. I AM A FIRE/ARSON DETECTION
