"How Can Rack of LAMB be as good as STEAK?" I'm actually offended that you would even ask. Rack of lamb is perfection. It starts out as good as a steak, and gets better as it cooks.

Idk why he thinks that a rack of lamb is inferior to a steak, I love them both equally. It depends on what I’m feeling that day, is it a lamb day or a steak day.

I love lamb, and usually cook it whole rack with a pistachio crust - medium rare. But I’ve forgotten how good it is as chops. I love you guys. You are funny, informative, and entertaining but natural, not like some cooking guys who try humor by forcing it till it is just painful to watch. Two thumbs up for Guga.

Hi Guga, here in South Africa we are really big on grilled lamb chops. we like to marinade the chops in lemon juice and then grill it. while we grill the chops we also add more lemon juice with the normal spices. give it a try its awesome.

Guga how the lamb is finished has nothing to do with the "gamey" flavor. The age of the lamb does. Get a lamb that's a bit over 8 months and you'll taste it, get one well past that and it will peel the paint off the ceiling of your kitchen. This is why very few people like mutton. You should do mutton, just be sure for one serving to wet brine for a few hours, then cold smoke before searing. This method makes even the rankest mutton palettable.

"why is everything deepfried better ?" There might be many reasons, but one that comes to mind is the fact that it has carbs (bread crumbs) in it, and the brain processes fat and sugars (or carbs) as 2 separate sources of energy and they have 2 separate rewarding signals when ingested. Now you are triggering both at the same time and you get double the pleasure. That's the reason why Pizza (flour and mozzarella), Hamburgers (buns and meat fat).. etc.. are the most rewarding foods :) Cheers from Italy !

I see a pattern. Smoked vs fried vs grilled meatballs. Hmm. Or different meats: beef vs pork vs lamb vs mix. Hmm. Great suggestion by the OP up there.

I can’t help but watch Angel as a dad...he seems like such a good kid, and credit to his parents, and to Angel himself. My kids are not quite as old as him, but all I can wish is that they grow up respectful and grateful and willing to put their energy and effort into things like he does. I know this has nothing to do with lamb, but I wanted to say it. Maybe Angel was grain fed?

I highly recommend the marinated version. I didn’t grill I pan fried in olive oil. Let me tell you one of the best ways to cook lamb. 10/10. The vinegar really shines in the marinate. Added a lil lemon juice in mines

No offense, gotta make that bag and all, but Raycons are not a good product. The mixing and saturation make them ideal for like 3 genres of music, but unfavorable for most others and certainly for gaming. Price is better than most, but I suggest doing your research before going for Raycon. Especially since EVERYONE promotes it on YT.

I love that Americans are standing to get on board. Lamb is amazing. In Australia, crumbed (breaded) lamb chops are pretty common. Usually shallow fried rather than deep fried. One of my favourite dishes.
