I have been listening to “This” particular meditation for over a month now and I absolutely love it. I’m asleep and dreaming to the sound of your beautiful voice in minutes and should I wake I simply restart and you have me back to my REM in no time. I really appreciate that you talk all the way through as I like to listen to this during the day as well it’s so soothing! Thank you for your time. 🙏❤️

Christian, as always your content ticks all of the boxes ~ your choice of music, explanations & the timbre of your voice are very relaxing. One thing that keeps me from getting to sleep with some guided meditations is that some guides wait too long between sentences...I know that may sound odd ~ it doesn't bother me at first but getting just to that sweet, cozy verge of sleep, it's very startling to me, hearing a voice in my room after the person takes a long pause. I hope that makes sense lol. Thank you for your content, your videos really help me & friends I've shared it with. Be well 🦋

Those pauses wake me every time, also. Lucid or obe meditations do that a lot, I feel like, to dance on the wake/sleep line

@MeditationVacation my favorite is still the Safari story meditation! But recently started listening to the new rain meditation in the early mornings when my brain gets too awake. I went back to sleep for 2 hours after being up at 7:00 for 2 hours and it worked! Between my untreated sleep apnea, and my severe insomnia, you are my biggest blessing! ❤️

I'm a thousand flops an a thousand more rolls into trying to sleep for 5 hrs now .now on my second bedroom trying everything tonight .I've tried every sound that normally can pull of my hard to sleep self.as I have. To be up in 4 hrs .I sure hope talking works out

I have had the most wonderful sleep with a lovely dream that was actually positive thank you so very much. I suffer with sleep problems but not last night it was lovely. Sending love and hugs to all and will be listening to this tonight again thank you 🎉❤😊😊

Listen I am definitely going to get straight to the point and tell everyone that I'm not absolutely positively sertin when it comes to this whole 😴💤😴💤 hypnosis meditation I'm definitely a little bit sceptical but I'm 100% OPEN AND WILLING TO TRY ANYTHING AT THIS POINT. I THINK 💬🤔🤔💬 IT'S BEEN ABOUT ...3WHOLE DAYS AND NIGHTS SINCE I HAVE BEEN SLEEPING

I don't use hypnosis, I try to guide any mental chatter or anxious thoughts into a clearer inner dialogue for the listener. I hope you got some sleep Brittany, best wishes to you

I want to Thank You for your wonderful videos. I'm going through a bad spiritual attack and have also undergone an unwanted elevation to the highest timeline and it's causing me serious and extended anxiety and upset. I see no end to it, I'm barraged daily and.just wish I'd never begun this journey. I'm the Empress and am considering giving it up and walking away. All I crave is peace and happiness. At night now I get into bed, lie down and put on this, and others of yours, and feel safe, relaxed and soothed as soon as you say " hi, I'm Nick". @@andrewhargate5291 I’m really no expert i think meditation helps differently for people but I’d recommend being in a quiet safe space no interruptions dimmed lights or in the dark before bedtime is my favorite time allows me to let go of my day making sure you have done everything you had to do that day helps me too.
