“Perceived Reality” is my favorite phrase here. It’s almost super human how we can literally write our own story and become whom ever we choose to be. The magic doesn’t lay in our perceptions of our reality, though, but rather, in those around us who react to and validate that role. We can sit in our failures and disappointment, or we can take chances, believe in ourselves and leave our loved ones in awe of what we become. 😊

I have focused on this so much the past year-- our perceived reality and narratives are so vital to how our life is experienced and where we take it. I think all the time about what healing would exist if people felt the magic in writing that narrative and claiming where it takes them. And we can even avoid calling anything a failure if we are able to arrive at a place of being content and feeling good-- because all those moments were part of getting here. And I don't write this as if any of it is easy or comes naturally, but so many things are possible.

It was absolutely wonderful having a longer 2h version! I had a bit of a restless night last night and woke up quite a few times. Hearing the gentle sounds of rain and storm instantly calmed me down until I finally fell asleep. Thank you so much for what you do!

I absolutely love your stories and they are what I listen to every night before bed and sometimes if I wake up in the middle of the night. This one is now my favorite because it has 1 extra hour of nature sounds. If you could maybe do this with nature sounds on some more that would be so amazing. Thank you so much for your stories and meditations. I no longer need anything but these to help me sleep! You’re amazing!

Hello Michelle! Hope you are having a great time! I have come to admire your service and encourage you to keep up the good work on your channel. In case you haven't known, Michelle, I am autistic and sometimes fight anxiety. I am currently awaiting graduation from high school, and am facing a 'giant' of fear of what could happen to me. Although I enjoy music to keep me calm on a regular basis, but I would love to seek help via your videos. Forgive me, but this is my very first time I have commented a KZfaq video in my entire life.
