-- One of Indomir's favorite sayings is that commanders tend to be managers, and one of the reasons that's usually true is because commanding isn't just about knowledge of mechanics, it's also knowledge of how to talk to people in order to keep everyone working towards the same goal. In this video, I attempt to break down the fearsome complexity of some of these issues, along with two of Celestial's Omen's commanders: Rall, and Hells. Together, we talk about the strategies that we use when commanding to make sure our squads are having fun and playing well, as well as looking after our own mindsets as commanders.
