Los famosos Guineitos en Escabeche con Mollejas! Hay mil y una variaciones de este acompañante delicioso y esta es la forma en que lo preparamos. Esta es nuestra versión! Esperamos que les guste!
Mi Gente! Here we are again with a traditional Puerto Rican recipe SABOR with Love style, which we like to prepare for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas, or for any occasion. The famous Guineitos en Escabeche con Mollejas (Marinated Green Bananas with Gizzards)! There are thousands of recipes for this delicious side dish and this is the way we prepare it. This is our version! Hope you guys like it!

Y la pimienta en grano para cuando y el guineo hay que pelarlo para hacer el escabeche sino se queda con el sabor a cáscara hay deja eso y que chef 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈

Hervir los guineitos con las cáscara era una manera antigua de preservar los nutrientes y también para que los guineitos no se desbaraten. Pero no es aconsejable porque los guineitos es la fruta que tienen más químicos en la industria de las frutas y vegetales. Así que yo no lo recomiendo hacerlo. Es mejor quitarle la cáscara y hervirlo en poco tiempo para que no se desbaraten!!! Muy buena receta!

Looks delish! I'm not a big fan of boiled green bananas but I'll make an exception for this dish only. One of my favorite dish, I like to eat it with a nice green salad or white rice.

Love this channel, here is a tip , I spray the pot with Pam before boiling the bananas with the skin . This helps a lot with cleaning the pot from that sticky residue the bananas leave from the pot.
