Ingredients:
For Cabbage sambharo:
1 no. of cabbage
1 no. of carrot [ optional]
2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp hing
1/4 tsp turmeric
2 no. of green chilli [ slit]
salt as per taste
1 no. of capsicum
For Khichdi:
2 tbsp ghee
2 no. of cloves
1/4 tsp methi
1 cup rice
1/2 cup moong dal
1/2 tsp turmeric
salt as per taste
5 cup water
For Kadhi:
1.5 cup dahi
2.5 tbs besan
1/2 tsp green chilli paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp amba hardar
2 cloves
1 small peice of cinnamon
2 no. of Ilaichi
2 tbsp sugar
2 cup water
1/4 tsp methi dana
salt as per taste
For Bhakhri:
2 cup of wheat flour
4 tbsp oil
water as per required
salt as per taste
For aakhi dungri nu shak:
1/2 cup peanut[coarse powder]
3/4 cup gadhiya[grind]
1/4 cup til [grind]
4-5 cloves
3-4 pepper
1 no. of cinnamon [grind it]
For sabji:
6 tbsp oil
400 gm baby onion
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp green chilli paste
clove+pepper+cinnamon powder
Til powder
250 gm tomato puree
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp cumin coriander powder
water as per required
1/2 cup peanut powder [ coarse ]
1/4 gadhiya no bhukho
salt as per taste
2 tsp jaggery
coriander [ finally chopped ]
For tadka:
2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp Rai
1 tsp jeera
1/4 tsp hing
few curry leaves
2 no. of dry red chilli
For Bharela bhindi nu shak:
300 gm Bhindi [ small]
oil for frying
For masala
100 gm coriander [ finally chopped]
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp til
2 tbsp coconut [ dry ]
1 tbsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp green chilli paste
2 tbsp cumin coriander powder
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp oil
salt as per taste
For bhindi
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp jeera
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chilli powder
salt as per taste
coriander masala
bhindi
