November Rain - Guns N Roses is a masterpiece

My favorite GNR song, but they've done a lot of good ones. The "guy in the hat", Slash, is now considered a modern-day Guitar God. The top hat and long curls are his signature look. And singer Axl Rose has a truly unique and recognizable voice.

These guys were the outlaws of rock n’ roll! Axl, Slash, Duff, Izzy and Steven are the originals and they are untouchable.

Classic song. From their appetite for destruction album a classic. I remember coming across that cd 💿 as a teen, and popping it in out of boredom and curiosity and becoming fan of several songs and that band. Being in my hip hop phase at the time and non-caucasian, that was unexpected, but good music transcends barriers!

Live and Let Die...is good too. Slash is the guitarist with the hat and mess of hair!

I didn't get into GnR back when they were big. I was HEAVILY into hip hop back then and didn't really explore too much outside of that. I was totally immersed, back when rap was real, not the garbage it's turned into now. Of course I heard GnR, but didn't give it too much ear. Even Elvis took a back seat for awhile, yes I know, slap me! Now though, I can appreciate their songs.
