Howard is now the guy he used to make fun of, loves the Clintons, Ellen and Uncle Joe. It's been downhill since he split up with Alison and married that horse-faced model. I sure miss the great shows in the 80's and 90's when he mocked Seinfeld's dates, was for law and order and Artie's stories made me laugh like hell.

My husband and I listened to Stern for years. He use to fight “the man” , now we believe he has sold out, been blackmailed, or has been paid off. When I was 19 and tearing down greasy engines in 91, everyone in the shop listened to Mark and Brian. I thought the show was horrible. I tried Howard and listened to him for the next 7 years. Then I grew up. When I got Sirius I tried listening to him for a week and I couldn't take it. I didn't laugh or even smile once.. just like this show.

I eagerly listened daily when he came to Los Angeles radio in 1991, up to 1996. Then after, occasionally. He started having his call-ins screened, which took out the edginess of not knowing what he was going to get, live over the phone. By the early 2000s, hardly ever. The show seemed too "formatted", deliberate, and not funny like before. (When Jackie Marting left.) I still have his 1991 "Crucified By The FCC" CD box set which was Howard at his best. That Howard is long gone. Now on satellite, he's another tired, boring, angry lefty I have no wish to listen again.

That's when he began his own demise. I like many many people got Sirius just because of Stern. Sirius stock went through the roof when they Got Howard Stern to partner up. Howard was already rich but that Sirius Deal gave him "stupid" money. He married a Bleeding heart Leftist and began to join the Hollywood ELITISTS instead of just showing up to make fun of Everyone. He is now THE Punchline.
