My daughter is late for everything but her own birth. (she was born 2 months early). We actually subtract at least 1/2 an hour as "cushion" so she arrives nearly on time. Many times she has shown up at a potluck over an hour late with food that everyone cannot eat as we were full.

People like this are so chill and fun to hangout with.... when they show up. Pro tip for those of us who are sticklers for being on time, tell people like this when and where you'll be and don't worry about them showing up. Great if they do, oh, well if they don't.

Perfect description of my husband. Our daughters and I will be sitting in the car waiting for him. It takes us at least an hour or more to do hair, makeup, etc when it takes my husband 15 minutes to get ready, yet we ALWAYS beat him to the car and literally sit there waiting for him. If I out live him I'm going to put "Always late, but definitely worth the wait! on his headstone.

Yeah this is pretty much my best friend. If I have to pick him up before noon there’s pretty much a 50% chance he’s still sleeping and I have to ring the doorbell for like 5 minutes until he gets up. One time he finally opened the door and then just went back to bed for another 10 minutes.

I got rid of people like this in my life - they're way to stressful to deal with and not worth my time.

I had a buddy who was like this. He always wanted to ride with me places too. I fixed it by telling him I’m leaving at a certain time with or with out him. Had to leave him a few times but it fixed the problems when he realized I would leave him behind
