Unpopular opinion, but I absolutely LOVE your soft spoken videos Gwen! I find them so so relaxing and mesmerizing. I always fall asleep to them so quickly, because the melodic tone of your soft spoken voice is so comforting. Keep doing these please! You’re amazing!

If you want something to use on the daily I use the Down Dog app for my yoga at home :) I love it, you can customize it so the sessions are shorter or longer, or beginner to advanced
