I have query sir - multiple products eg ; eyeliner , mascara, in one column there Sales are also given in another column with names of salesperson & in the date column its in calender year format , so through drop down for year 2004, 2005 ,2006 how will will populate the sales of each product by each person ? You need to have office 365 insider program...and then open excel --> click on file --> go to account setting and change that to monthly..

Filter option is available in office 365 only, which version of excel you are using.

Hi Amit you need to use filter Formula and not filterxml...as of now filter Formula is only available in office 365..
