I let the bodybuilding 5 months ago. I really miss it, I lost my all gains, sitting in my room as a skinny and watching this to get motivation to smash the gym again. It's crazy cuz when things are going good and I get constant respect I start to hit plateau's...but the other day I walked into the locker room and this guy starts saying "this mother fucker...blah blah". Talking shit without any instigation, and I realized that if he's reacting that way to my presence then I must have something worth being jealous about. I ignored his ass on the outer level but my inner drive went into overtime. I get fuel from that hate...I trained harder this week than I have in the last several months and I'm seeing fresh gains. Some people respond better to the negative than to the positive. Just don't fall into any ghetto traps and meaningless conflicts. Be better than they are!

This is almost three years old but I needed this. I saw my best friend from Australia and we talked it went great but I don’t think I said everything I should have said. Last time he was more supportive or maybe not I might be over emotional. Anyway he said you’re champ now even if it never happens will you still see yourself as champ? I said no it will happen and has to. He is supportive and not a hater but it’s the seed of doubt that throws me off. It doesn’t matter what they say I am on my before. I am going to be the next great bodybuilding champion and boxer. I need to stop talking and work my ass off take training as a full time job then I will see results and be ripped as hell making progress soon. I don’t want a physique that looks average something that’s reachable. I want something that’s unattainable that looks so hard to get. It’s all in the mind if you can conceive it you will reach it. Ok because normal sucks. It doesn’t matter what they say if they’re with me or against me I will be the next great fighter and bodybuilder. The ones with me will live it up when I am champ and have money to do whatever those that don’t I will prove them wrong.
