Hey! I hope this comment reaches you. I love your content and it has helped me so much in my fitness journey. I decided to delete social medias a year ago except Facebook for mental health reasons and only get on KZfaq for workout ideas. I haven’t been able to see your full workout videos that helped me so much back then on tik tok and Instagram due to social media cleanse. I was wondering if there’s any chance you could post a weeks worth of videos of your workout split for each muscle group you hit everyday of the week just to help me get back into the groove of working out since it’s been months due to having a baby within the year lol. What I love about your physique is that your muscles aren’t masculine. You still maintain a very feminine look while creating gains, and that’s an extremely good thing. sweats are always medium, hoodies I get a large in women's and a medium in mens. for the heavyweight hoodie I sized up to a large! I hope this helps ♥
