I am a Singaporean. And to be honest, the visa is not 'sitting there to be used' as mentioned. There are thousands of Phd and Masters degree holders, entrepeneure or career high achievers singaporeans are applying for it every year. Average people like you and me with just diploma or degree holders stand no chance against the top crops. But after this pandemic ends i will try my luck, but no high hope.

You should make a video on the new I944, what if someone checks all the boxes. Great credit, great income, great health and in their early 30’s but their education isn’t the best as in doesn’t have their high school diploma But has skills in oil and gas and are Canadian ? Who can prove they are totally self-sufficient who makes over 70k a year ? How will this new I 944 effect them?

After seeing your video from 2013 about L1 visas I have a specific interest in the L1-A. So I have a question: I am a technical employee (aiming for a managing position) that is now responsible for biweekly schedule meetings and I am being assigned new managing tasks in the next days to come. Could these managing tasks be interpreted as applicable to a L1-A visa? And a second question: to obtain a L1 visa I need my company's support, correct? I thank you in advance, Rogerio.
