Spicy Sauce:
Gochujang 韩式辣椒酱 - 2 tbsp
Brown sugar 黄糖 - 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 生抽 - 1 tbsp
Minced garlic 蒜米 - 2 cloves
salt盐 - ¼ tsp
Sesame oil 麻油 - 1 tbsp
Rice vinegar 米醋 - 1 tbsp
Korean pear juice韩国梨汁 - 150ml

Pork collar slices 猪颈肉片 - 400g
Slice yellow onion洋葱切片- 1 pc
Green onion 青葱- 2 stalks
Oil 油 - 1 tbsp
Toasted sesame seed 芝麻 - ½ tbsp
