自宅で簡単にできる呼吸筋トレーニング
肺の周りにある呼吸筋を働かせて肺をしっかりと使っていきます
年齢とともに呼吸筋は衰えるため、肺を十分に使った呼吸ができず
呼吸が浅くなったり、息切れが起きたりすることがあります
呼吸筋を鍛えることで、肺を十分に使った深い呼吸ができ、
体全体に酸素を行き渡らせる事ができるため、
効果としては疲れにくい、集中力が上がる
病気を持っている方は急変が起こりにくくなるといった効果が期待できます
今回は横隔膜、腹横筋と呼ばれる呼吸筋を使うトレーニングをご紹介します。
道具は水の入ったペットボトルなど(500g)の重りを使用しましょう。
運動のポイントは呼吸を意識して、7割程度の力で行うことです。
是非ご自宅で行ってみて下さい。

If you have a disease, you can expect an effect that sudden changes do not occur easily.
This time, I will introduce the training that uses the respiratory muscles called the diaphragm and transverse abdominal muscles.
Use a weight such as a plastic bottle containing water (500g) as the tool.
The point of exercise is to be aware of breathing and perform with about 70% of the power.
